1. Overview
All services provided by ProMixTools (mixing, mastering, vocal tuning, voice cleaning) are digital and customized.
Because of the nature of our work, refunds are limited.
2. No Refund After Work Starts
- Once your project has started, no refunds will be issued
- This includes partially completed work
- Time and resources are already allocated to your project
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Order placed by mistake and work has NOT started
- Technical issue preventing service delivery
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
We aim for client satisfaction, so instead of refunds:
- You may request revisions based on your package
- We will adjust the work to meet your expectations
5. Client Responsibility
- Provide clear instructions before work begins
- Submit high-quality audio files
- Communicate feedback clearly
Refunds will not be issued due to unclear instructions or poor input quality.
6. Processing Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds will be sent to original payment method
- Processing may take 3–7 business days
7. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Permanent ban from services
- Legal action if fraud is detected
